The space Well furnished 2nd floor apartment in private guest wing of custom home with great valley views of the Grand River in a quiet secluded area yet close enough to everything the area has to offer. Perfect location to visit local area wineries, distilleries, breweries, Spire Institute, The Greenway Trail, Covered Bridges, Historic Downtown Geneva, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Historic Ashtabula Harbor and multiple parks. Guest access Outdoor chairs and picnic table overlooking Grand River Valley. Other things to note Pricing is based upon two (2) guests only. Price will increase by $30 per night per additional guest over two (2) guests. Maximum of four (4) guests total are allowed. Be sure to enter correct number of guests into your reservation to avoid paying additional costs before check in. Property has a NO PET policy. If a pet enters the property during stay a $300 cleaning charge will be applied and become due immediately.
