Congo river house - Chalet in Ulcinj (Ada Bojana)

The newly build river chalet Congo offers a unique enchanting view of the river Bojana and the delta towards the Adriatic sea from the large shaded terrace, loggia, and every bedroom. Set in a beautiful part oft he coast of the Bojana river all covered by the Mediterranean nature above the Adriatic sea, Congo chalet is ideal private vacation house for an extended family or group of friends. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The space Built as a vacation house with full equipment to provide our guests best organized vacation. It consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, living room, bathroom and a large balcony with a magnificent panoramic river view. The living rooms are located on the 1st floor and both have direct river view. The terrace offers an ideal spot of the house, it consists of 2 levels, it has an outside dinning area, sofa lounges and access stairs to the river with a possibility to park an boat up to 8m long. Each room is airconditioned and there is an wi-fi all around the house. In addition, there is a huge parking and garden on the back side of the house where it can fit up to 3 cars under the shadow of the old oak trees. Guests are granted full privacy at the house. Surrounding area as back garden is completely for guests use. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house including all the facilities and back plot/garden which is for guests use only. Other things to note Generally, check in is after 2 pm and check out is by 11 am. If you need to arrive early or depart late, you can write to us so we can see to organize it if possible. We'll do our best to be flexible if our schedule allows. We meet all our guests personally. Your arrival process will be much smoother and easier if you let us know when you'll be arriving, so we can organize ourselves to wait for you at the house. If you are arriving by car, please ask for directions, as GPS is not always reliable. Please be informed that this is not a party house. Loud parties, drunken behavior etc. are not allowed as it is an quite zone area declared by the Municipality of Ulcinj.
