The space This two-bedroom apartment features a master suite, a junior suite, and a full kitchen with an intimate dining area. The master suite includes a plush king bed for the ultimate rest after a day in the Miami sun, and a cozy lounge area for some privacy from your other companions. The couch pulls out into a full sofa bed for added sleeping room. Have a drink, read a book, or stream your favorite TV shows on our fully-equipped smart TVs. The junior suite is outfitted with two luxury queen beds, a coastal feel, and plenty of sunlight. The shower, toilet, and vanity area are all recently renovated and individually separated from each other so you won’t have to clamor over who gets bathroom time. Your full kitchen is fully equipped for whatever your heart desires, walk to the Whole Foods around the corner and whip up a feast. If that’s not your style, heat up some leftovers from one of the tons of eclectic restaurants you have to choose from, all within walking distance. When you are ready to eat, slide into the cushy dining nook, suitable for up to six! We have thoughtfully selected each piece from your apartment and throughout our building to keep the vibes high, and keep you relaxed. Guest access The apartments are private to yourself, so you and your loved ones can enjoy full privacy. Other things to note **IMPORTANT INFORMATION** Please be aware that this is a multi-property listing. This means that there are a few very similar units located in the same property and when booking you will be assigned one of all of them. They all have the same amenities with minor differences. We are a NO SMOKING property. There will be a $100 smoking fee if you smoke inside the apartment. An online "terms & conditions" form must be signed before check-in. We have quiet hours from 10 PM - 10 AM (strictly enforced) Self Check-in and check-out Virtual front desk. If you would like to come with a pet, we can pre-approve this.
