Guest access The space is for the sole use of guests renting the property. It should be noted that this is a first/second floor apartment which is accessed by steps. There is no access for wheelchairs and no lift. The garden area is also accessed by steps and some there are some steep drops due to retaining walls and is not suitable for small children who are unsupervised. Other things to note There is a newly laid parking area which will accommodate one large car or two small cars. Guests are requested to park to park to the left of the space to maintain a right of way for neighbours and Surgery employees.
