At Maddie's Place, Sun Mountain is right out your back door. It is 30 minute easy hike to the summit. One mile away is Museum Hill and the botanical gardens. Just a few blocks from there are art galleries, restaurants, and the Georgia O'Keefe Museum. Georgia spent her final years just a couple blocks from your Sun Mountain abode, and you'll understand why. It is the perfect place to watch the skies change across the horizon from Sandia Mountains, the Jemez Mountains, to the Colorado border. Grill some salmon, and enjoy a glass of wine while the last of the light lingers on your private portal. Take a dip in the hot tub under the stars. Enjoy the year round additional queen bed outside on the back portal if you feel like sleeping there...or curl up with a book, or simply watch the birds drink from the koi pond. Guest access The whole house Other things to note Pets are indeed welcome to stay at Maddie's Place, however please note there is a pet fee of $100 USD x pet x stay. Also please note the 3rd bed (the queen on the backyard portal) is seasonally available, so only in Spring and Summer. Otherwise, the only beds there are s the queen in the second bedroom and the king in the master. Another issue that you need to understand is that this is the main house and there is a guesthouse next door. The guest house is also a short term rental but the only spaces that you are sharing is the driveway. Another issue... THERE IS A GUESTHOUSE ATTACHED TO THIS HOME. You will be sharing the driveway with tenants of the guesthouse but you each have your own patios, parking, and grills.. Registration Details STR231651
