(anything over a week) NO SMOKING OR PETS $ 250 fine will be charged to guest who ignore these rules. If you book less guests and bring more guest 50 per extra per day will be added to bill. Just book guest through SITE it is much cheaper and keeps house keeper happy THEY ARE ON A SCHEDULE AND THEY DO THEIR SCHEDULE AND TIME BY THE NUMBER OF BOOKED GUESTS No deliveries to our home other than food please. Excessive deliveries will be asked to leave.. We are not ok with people using our address to do credit card scams or drugs. If drugs use is suspected you will be asked to leave and receive no refund and extra charges may apply up to $250. IF WE COME TO DOOR AND SMELL DRUGS YOU WILL ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY NO REFUND. We are a retirement community and high traffic from excessive deliveries if not good with us. Now I know most people this will not apply to but we have had problems in the past with these things and have come to concussion that a price should be paid to avoid it otherwise people take advantage of out lovely home.. we look forward to your stay.
