Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring Tartu in this genuine and mystical 2 bedroom apartment with antique furniture. Located in the very heart of the Old Town in a historic house, built in 1778, it is across the street from the iconic and beloved Italian restaurant "La Dolce Vita". All of the sought-after sights are within a few minutes' walk: Toome Hill & Cathedral, Town Hall, UT Art Museum, Botanical Garden. The place is surrounded by cozy bars/cafes and the finest restaurants. The space This apartment is built through 2 floors. On the first floor there is the entrance hall, the open living room and the kitchen. There you will also find the dining area and a sofa. On the second floor are the bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a queen-size (160cm) bed and the second one with a one-person (80cm) bed. In the living room, you will find a corner sofa, a flatscreen TV with many channels, and an antique writing desk. The dining area concludes of 5 chairs and a large dining table over which you can share a lovely meal with your family and friends! The apartment is made for 3 persons but can easily fit more. The sofa in the living room can fit +1 and it's possible to arrange an expandable bed for +2. In the kitchen, there is everything you should need to cook a nice meal: a stove, oven, quality equipment, kitchenware and a dishwasher! We like to take care of our guests so we offer free honey, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, oatmeal, and even cookies!! :) Other things to note Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. We do not accept dogs during the shedding season. Please notify us if you plan to bring a dog. Please note that we charge a dog fee. The fee for dog accommodation is €20 per dog, per night. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. If your dog is a large breed or has long hair, please confirm this with us before booking the apartment.
