Treetops Escape is a spacious, charming, older-style family home, perfect for families, tradespeople or a group of friends. With nature on your doorstep, explore fantastic bush walking tracks, hop on your mountain bike or unwind overlooking the treetops while listening to an abundance of parrots. Enjoy multiple outdoor dining and entertaining areas, an outdoor BBQ, plus a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The space Be charmed by Treetops Escape’s country feel, with Murray pine floors, 12 ft ceilings, spectacular gardens and a large entertainer’s area among the treetops. BEDROOMS There are four bedrooms—three upstairs and one downstairs: Bed 1: Queen bed with walk-in robe Bed 2: Queen bed with built-in robe Bed 3: Queen bed with built-in robe Bed 4 (downstairs): Queen bed and two single beds (ideal as a teenagers’ retreat or second family space) KITCHEN The kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, dishwasher, 900mm oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. LIVING ROOM Sit back and relax on the couch, catch up with family, watch TV, read a book or play a board game. BATHROOMS The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and is combined with the laundry. LAUNDRY ROOM The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board. The outdoor washing line is located under the deck. GARDENS The gardens span multiple levels with plenty of seating for outdoor dining. There are a couple of undercover areas and a large alfresco space with BBQ. TOYS Children’s toys, board games and books are available and stored in the TV unit. HEATING AND COOLING Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted evaporative cooling and heating throughout. Bedroom 3 also has an Eco-heater for cooler months. All linen and towels are provided for your stay. Guest access The property is accessed via a keypad and a door code will be provided 3 days before your stay. Guests must climb stairs to reach the main part of the house; however, a side ramp and rear door access are available if needed. Only one bedroom is located downstairs. Other things to note Check-in is any time after 3:00pm and check-out is before 10:00am unless otherwise arranged. Please be mindful of check-out times to avoid delays for cleaners and incoming guests. PARKING The shared driveway leads to a large shared carport. Please Park on the RIGHT-HAND SIDE (maximum of two cars) and keep the driveway clear at all times, as it is shared with Treetops Hideaway, a separate unit located at the front left of the property. Additional parking is available on the garden verge at the bottom of the driveway and there is some off-street parking available. The property accommodates up to 10 guests. Our other property, Treetops Hideaway, is located just in front of Treetops Escape and is ideal for smaller groups of up to 4 guests.
