Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance in the hills at the foot of the Gran Sasso d'Italia, between the Campo Imperatore Mountains (15 minutes away) and the Adriatic Sea (30 minutes away). The space Apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed, 1 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. Each apartment is well divided with an independent kitchen and an independent entrance, separated by a large central staircase that serves the 4 apartments of the Villa Grande 😃🏡 Guest access They can use the entire apartment and, on request, the shared gardens, with parking. There is video surveillance in the garden, and the entrance has an automatic gate. The keys will be given for access to the staircase, a main door, and the garden with an electronic gate. A remote control will be provided for entering and exiting. Other things to note THERE IS NO ACCOMMODATION TAX. There is a fee for sheets and towels upon request of €5 per person for each change request, which will be made with delivery to the room or to the landing entrance in the event of staff absence.
