Palm Tree Castle - Luxury 7BR/5.5BA near Disney

Palm Tree Castle is a luxury 7 BR/6 bath single house located in Emerald Island Resort w. clubhouse, heated pool, sauna, gym, game rooms. The resort is about 3 miles to Disney near Rt 192 w. easy access to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, etc. The space The spacious house can accommodate up to 20 people, one King Suite on 1st floor, and 2 King Suites, 2 sets of Queen Suites w Jack'n Jill baths connected to twin rooms. Queen sofa sleepers in living room and family room as well as 2 folding beds can be used as needed. Guest access The entire house is available for guest to use, including pool area with lanai. Other things to note Pool and spa heating is additional $45 per day, charged for the duration of the stay if pool heating is requested. Pool heat is not refundable. Pool heater for the pool and spa are preset by the pool service company for an appropriate setting for the conditions of the weather, usually 88 for the pool and 104 for the spa. However, those are not the guaranteed pool temperature. When it rains constantly or if the weather is unseasonably cold, guests should be aware that the pool may not reach the set temperature. During extreme cold weather, we reserve the right to cancel pool heating to prevent the heater from being damaged. Grill rental $80 per week, not prorated for stays less than a full week. Up to 6 vehicles per reservation is permitted by the resort. Guests names are required to be preregistered into the resort security system.
