This home is professionally managed and is part of The Newport Lofts portfolio of properties. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you'll need during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, equipped with an 18” Beautyrest air bed and a dining area with seating for four. Upstairs is the master suite with walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Other things to note A nightly dog fee of $75/dog will be charged, with two dogs max per stay. A member of our team will contact you after booking to collect associated dog fee(s).   Availability for 1 parking spot per Loft is provided, but not guaranteed, in the public parking lot across the street from the building. Parking is subject to the lot’s availability. Specific parking instructions can be found in pre arrival communications and on our website.
