My place is right on the Strand facing ocean with the most beautiful views that include dolphins, the beach and large cargo ships. Tybee Island offers family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the location, the updated interior, roominess and the privacy. It is one half of a 2 duplex property. High speed wifi and 3 flatscreens Beach Haven is our lovely oceanfront vacation home at Tybee Island. We offer our four-bedroom, 3.5 bath home for vacation rentals by the week or for shorter stays. Sit on the deck and enjoy the views of the natural dunes, dolphins swimming along the coast, the Tybee pier, and the cargo ships sailing in and out of the port of Savannah. We are located directly on the beach, so you are steps away from a beach vacation. We provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your use. There is also a gas grill in the garage if you plan to cook out, but please grill only in the driveway. On the first floor is a one car garage, washer and dryer, and a queen sized bed with a full bathroom (shower). In this bedroom, there is also a couch that opens to a full sized bed and a smaller couch. On the second floor, you have a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, all new cabinets, separate food pantries, an island bar with stools, new flooring, and a full sized dining room and living room. There are ample dishes and cookware provided for your use. A coffeemaker, tea kettle, 4 slice toaster, coffee grinder, slow cooker, blender, and hand mixer are also provided. A deck that faces the ocean is off of the living room. The deck has 2 lounge chairs, a dining table, a sun umbrella, and many comfortable chairs. On the third floor, there are 3 bedrooms, king sized primary with a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, a full sized bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twins, and a 2nd full bathroom with bathtub/shower. There are 3 flat screen TVs in the home. The living room has a new 50-inch Samsung UHD 4K smart flatscreen with Netflix and Hulu. HBO is accessible through Hulu. The master bedroom has a 43-inch flatscreen with Roku to access Netflix, Hulu, and more. A third 43-inch flatscreen is located in the first-floor bedroom. Many stations are available through cable as well. There is ample space in the home, approximately 2250 square feet. You get access to the entire unit! I have a lock box at the home and a code will be provided upon your arrival. There is parking for 3 vehicles. I have a local host who is there to provide assistance, if needed. We also can be contacted via cell phone or the Airbnb site.
