You have a fantastic view of the sea and look over the Prora Bay to the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin and Göhren. You only hear the waves rushing and the seagulls screaming. If you love the individual flair and charm of historic buildings as well as the smell of a fresh sea breeze, this is the place for you. The newly built and modern Baltic Sea residence is located in the historic old town of Sassnitz and is accessible via a quiet side street. In the old town of Sassnitz and the beach promenade there are cafés and restaurants and the idyllic city harbor with other gastronomic facilities and shops is only about 400 m away. The famous chalk coast is just a few steps away. Sassnitz has only one natural beach which is 50 meters from the house. For swimming and sunbathing on the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, you can drive just a few minutes by car. The apartment "Ostseebrise" is located on the raised ground floor and has a large terrace on the south side towards the Baltic Sea. From here and also from all rooms you have a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a living area of approx. 88 sqm and consists of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. It is very high quality, bright and modernly furnished. The underfloor heating throughout the apartment, covered with wooden parquet, ensures pleasant temperatures at any time of the year; an ethanol fireplace in the living area ensures coziness. In the living area there is a cozy couch corner with large LCD TV + Blu-ray/DVD, a web radio with iPod docking station and USB interface. Internet access via Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The floor-to-ceiling windows are designed to open 180 degrees. This way you can enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea, protected from wind and weather. The harmoniously integrated kitchenette with cooking island in the living area invites you to cook overlooking the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction stove, oven, Nespresso capsule machine, small freezer, etc. The two comfortably furnished bedrooms also have floor-to-ceiling windows and thus allow the magnificent view directly from the bed to the Baltic Sea. They each have a double bed with a one-piece mattress and plenty of storage space for your wardrobe. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. The apartment has two comfortable bathrooms, each with a hairdryer and a walk-in shower. The larger of the two bathrooms also has a bathtub and a sauna for 4 people. A storage room is also available in the apartment. On the south terrace, which can be accessed from both the living area and the two bedrooms, there are two beach chairs and terrace furniture. The apartment has a parking space right by the house. There are lockable and covered storage facilities for bicycles on the property.
