Hidden Gem with Mountain Views Nestled approximately 10 Minutes from Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore House! Only a Couple of Minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and major interstates. Come and relax in this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house in a secluded neighborhood. A great house to stay in while you experience all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. We provide linens and towels to our guests along with soap products. We have a crib located in the Queen Sized bedroom. The kitchen is equipped and ready for use. A driveway is available for up to 3 compact cars or 2 small SUVs. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DRIVEWAY IS VERY, VERY SHORT AND VERY, VERY STEEP. You may want to consider driving past the driveway and backing into the far side of the driveway for parking also shown in the check-in instructions image. STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. ALL VEHICLES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RESERVATION OF THIS PROPERTY MUST BE FULLY PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROPERTY. OTHERWISE, VEHICLES PARKED ON THE STREET OR BLOCKING ANY NEIGHBORS HOME AND/OR DRIVEWAY ARE SUBJECT TO TOWING. We provide our guests with a code to a keypad on the front door to have easy access to our home. The guests have access to the whole house with the exception of a closet that is locked for the owner's storage and the garage. We also provide complimentary WiFi to our guests. The access information is provided upon check-in to the home. We are occasionally available to answer questions about the area or offer suggestions on how to spend your time in Asheville. Feel free to reach out via email or text message as well. The neighborhood is tucked away and secluded. It’s location provides Mountain View’s from the front porch, master bedroom and the dining room window. The driveway lives true to the mountains and mountain living as it is very, very steep and short. Parking is available for up to 3 compact cars or 2 small SUVs. Please note that the driveway is very, very short and steep. The road throughout the neighborhood is single lane; therefore, street parking is not allowed under any circumstances whatsoever. All vehicles associated with the reservation of this property must be fully parked in the driveway associated with this property otherwise vehicles parked on the street or blocking any neighbors’ home(s) and/or driveway are subject to towing.
