It's 35 m² large and fully equipped, with an international smart cable TV and a strong Wifi connection which is available all over the building. All rooms benefit from air cooling system, that can be set according to your own needs. All rooms are equipped with an individual electrical floor and ceiling heating system. Triple-glassed windows reduce the noise efficiently. There is a fully equipped kitchen for 4 people. The dining room contains a relaxing sofa that can be converted into an additional large bed for 2 other adults. There is a small balcony but at the moment is not accessible (technical issues)!!!
