Mas Richard is a beautiful 19th century property, it is located in the village of Générac, south of Nîmes. The house is part of a set built in several homes , has a garden with a furnished private terrace. The rental is not isolated: is located in a village with neighbors and exteriors common to other cottages. The pool is not private. He is therefore required to respect the peaceful nature of the place, noisy groupings are not allowed. The space Le Mas Richard is a typical provence house from the end of the 19 th century. You will find bakeries, patisserie, banks, supermarket, café- bar,a Pharmacy, Tabac, Post Office, pizzeria, flower shop, hairdresser... Wine shop selling all the good Cote du Rhone wines as well as some Costières wines at Vineyard prices! Great walks are on the doorstep, as are cycle paths into the camargue. The area has a great choice of fine dining and eating out.The quality of restaurants in the Languedoc are improving all the time. * Located between Nimes and Arles, only 40 minutes from the sea, and close to many airports.. The long sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are only a 40 minute drive. * During the summer months, the River Gardon, a, is turned into a swimming area. The swimming pool temperature of the water rises to about 30 C during the summer A bus can take you to Nîmes city center in less than 20 minutes and a train to the sea side for 1 euro ! Guest access Coming from Nimes , you will arrive at a traffic light: we are at the second street on the right about 500 m after the fire: the impasse beautiful sun.
