First-floor apartment in a two-family house. Completely independent with private entrance and parking space. The house is located within a small complex (where we also live) that borders directly with a terraced wood accessible from the garden with meadows and clearings where the only encounters that can be made are with the animals that live there. The space The apartment is 60 sqm and consists of a large, bright and panoramic open space, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a double bedroom and a children's bedroom. From the living area, you can access a "solar greenhouse" veranda with views of the valley and full of light. We bought it in 2018 while it was still under construction and we personally did much of the work needed to fix it up. The idea was to create an affordable home with a strong personality and a focus on ecological aspects and energy savings. The walls, floors and windows have such performance that they have obtained the energy class A; thanks to this insulation we can heat the house with only renewable sources (wood and pellets); there are passive systems (solar greenhouse) and active systems (photovoltaic system) for capturing the sun; the internal cladding and insulation materials are all ecological (wax-treated fir cladding, natural lime plaster, linoleum floor, wool carpets). A special feature: we offer free electric car charging service. The interior furnishings oscillate between the desire to make the spaces particularly welcoming and our passion for design... we'll let you be the judge of the result!
