Main Gravois Mills, Mo 65037 (7.7 miles) The kitchen is open for whatever you need to make! It is stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking pans, coffee maker, toaster, and other utensils can be found in the cabinets. Want to cook dinner at home? Don’t worry, we provide the necessary spices and cooking oils for any typical meal. The refrigerator will dispense water and ice on the front door of the fridge. Upstairs has 1 full size and 1 beverage fridge. Lake level kitchenette has 2 full size refrigerators When you need to clean your dishes, there are dishwasher pods below the in drawer next to sink. You will need only need to run the dishwasher on a normal cycle. WASHER and DRYER-We provide a washer and dryer located on the lower level. To operate the wash machine, push power button, select type of wash and then push start. For dryer, push power button, select task and then push start. Be sure to clear lint trap after each use. Please do not wash the sheets during your stay unless you fell that it is necessary. TVs-All TV’s in the house are smart TV’s. You will be able to login to any of your streaming services, so you can watch the shows that you want to watch. Watertoys- There is a good selection of water toys for your enjoyment. Please do not let them bang up against the dock as this destroys them. They can be easily tied up to the floating buoy that is away from the dock or pull the kayaks up out of the water and put on the dock or grass. If a paddle or kayak seat gets lost, please let my know asap so they can be replaced before the next guests arrive. GRILLS-The property does have a Weber gas grill, a Weber charcoal grill and a Louisiana pellet smoker. When using the gas grill, make sure you turn off gas after you are done cooking. Make sure that any children are not within 5 feet of any grills. If you are not familiar with a pellet grill it is better to leave it alone and use one of the other two grills. Do not leave any grills unattended. Please be sure to clean any grill that you use when you are done. When renting the property and using the grills or smoker you are agreeing to the rules stated and will take full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur. You will be responsible for any damage caused by or to any of the grills. Please do not keep doors and windows open. We want to help keep any bugs out as well as conserve energy as much as we can. If something happens where damages have occurred, we would love it if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can get it replaced or repaired promptly. By renting this property, you will agree to replace or repair anything you or your guests’ damage during your stay. Examples can include stains that cannot be removed, broken furniture, taken items from household, broken windows or doors, etc. Any items that will need to be replaced will be replaced with the same thing or equivalent at the original items price. CHECK-IN When you check into the property, do a full sweep of the house, inside and out, to identify any problems. We request that you report any issues to us as soon as you can so that we can troubleshoot the problem and get it resolved during your stay. If you report any issues after 5 pm, we will do everything in our power to get it fixed but cannot fully promise that it will be settled until the next day. CHECK-OUT We ask that you are out of the property by 10am so the housekeepers are not delayed in their cleaning process. If you leave the house a mess, where our house cleaners will need more time to clean, you will be charged with the additional cleaning fee, depending on how much longer they need. Here is a checklist of things that need to be done. 1. Leave everything like you found it during check-in. PUT ALL WATERTOYS AWAY in a orderly way. Please do not throw it in a big heap on the floor. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards should be taken out of the water. 2. Maids will take care of the sheets and towels. They do appreciate it if you start a load of beach towels. 3. Check and see if the kiddos put away any water toys that were used. 4. Take all trash to the blue garbage bins at the street level. 5. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it on normal cycle. 6. Make sure that all windows and doors are closed. 7. Send us a quick message to let us know that you are checking out on time. House Rules -Quiet hours 11pm to 7am -Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home or near any doors. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground or in the lake. If you need to smoke, you will have to do it outside and then dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Please do not litter on the property or in the lake. -Possession or use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited, as is any illegal activities. The authorities will be engaged, and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. -Ample parking is available on the street level as well as the graveled areas below. Please do not park on the grass on the lower level. -Property use is limited to registered guests only. Events and hosted parties are not allowed. This is NOT a party house. -Respect our towels and linens. There is a good selection of boat towels available for wiping down your boat or for spills located in the laundry room on the folding table. -Lastly, this is a personal home. Please be respectful of the property, furnishings and our neighbors. Please pick up and remove all garbage from the premises daily including any cigarette butts from ashtrays and dispose of it in the city garbage can provided at the street level. Garbage pick-up is Friday at 5am, so all garbage needs to be up on the street level Thursday evening. Be kind and clean the grill after use and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher before departure. Located just 1/4 mile off Hwy 5 on a blacktopped quiet dead-end street at Lake of the Ozarks. The property is a short walk to Captain Ron's. There are several restaurants within a few minutes drive. Woods grocery store is 2.2 miles away. Gas station is across the highway and has breakfast, lunch and pizza. Boat or car. For safe shuttle service try, "Off the Hook Short Bus" Turn left at driveway before property and park on the lower level
