On the upper floor of the former farmhouse, our apartment "Kastanienblick" is located directly on the village road with old chestnut trees. The apartment offers with about 117 m² up to 5 guests a cozy holiday accommodation and stretches over 3 floors. From the ground floor entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor with living room, two bedrooms and kitchen, dining room and bathroom. On the attic is another sheep room. In the living room with TV, the crackling fire in the fireplace gives you cozy warmth on cool evenings. The leather corner sofa can be bedded for 1 person (120 * 190 cm) if needed. In the through bedroom, a modern day bed (80 * 200cm) offers double-size (160 * 200cm) that can be extended to double (160 * 200cm) for 1-2 guests. Adjacent to this is the bedroom with a cozy double bed (or 2 single beds). A space-saving staircase leads to the bedroom under the roof with a 4-poster bed. For small kids and disabled guests, the stairs are not well suited. Every bedroom has a TV. The daylight bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen has an adjoining dining room with corner bench and is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher and induction cooker, dishes, cutlery. All the spaces are equipped with insect screens in front of the windows. When the weather is nice, you want to sit comfortably together on the approx. 25 m² large balcony, which you can reach from the hallway. Also from here you have a glorious view of the old chestnut trees. A total of three terraces are available for recreation on the large fenced property. You can play table tennis, feather or volleyball here and in nice weather also have breakfast in the fresh air or use the beautiful summer evenings for grilling. At our campfire place, you can end the evening with a crackling fire in cheap weather. By the crackling fireplace you can spend the cozy evenings in the cool season. You can bring bed linen and towels or rent them in advance for €12/person and change from us. Other things to note WiFi is available on request and is available free of charge. Laundry can be brought or booked.
