From the entrance on the ground floor, you can reach the upper floor with a living room, two bedrooms and a kitchen, dining room and bathroom via a staircase. In the attic is another bedroom. In the living room with TV, the crackling fire in the fireplace provides cozy warmth on cool evenings. The leather corner sofa can be used as a bed for 1 person (120 * 190 cm) if required. In the passage bedroom, a modern day bed (80 * 200 cm) can be pulled out to double the size (160 * 200 cm) if necessary and is therefore suitable for 1-2 guests. Adjacent to this is the bedroom with a cozy double bed (or 2 single beds). A space-saving staircase leads to the bedroom under the roof with a canopy bed. The stairs are not well suited for small children and disabled guests. Every bedroom has a TV. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The kitchen has an adjoining dining room with a corner bench and is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher and induction stove, dishes, cutlery. All rooms are equipped with insect screens in front of the windows. In fine weather, you will certainly want to sit comfortably together on the approx. 25 m² balcony, which you can reach from the hallway. From here you also have a magnificent view of the old chestnut trees. A total of three terraces are available for recreation on the large fenced property. You can play table tennis, badminton or volleyball here and, in fine weather, also have breakfast in the fresh air or use the beautiful summer evenings for barbecues. At our campfire place you can end the evening with a crackling fire in favorable weather. You can spend the cozy evenings in the cool season by the crackling fireplace. You can bring bed linen and towels or rent them in advance for €12/person and change with us. Other things to note WiFi is available free of charge on request. Laundry can be brought or booked.
