Built by Captain John Manning in 1926 and lovingly restored, the cottage is nestled in a hammock of live oaks and palm trees just a block from both the beach and the intercostal waterway. Our large, fully fenced yard offers a shaded retreat with a fountain: an island oasis with a fenced in yard.
