This completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath Beach Bungalow is the perfect home for your vacation to the Beach! Relax or entertain, have a cookout in the private fenced in backyard, make a fire in the fire pit. Walk to the beach we have beach chairs and umbrellas and two youth paddle boards & one adult paddle board for your use. Redington Beach, is a family oriented quiet community with, a causeway for fishing, a recreation area with basketball courts, picnic pavilions & playground. You will have the whole house to yourself. Redington Beach is a serene and family-friendly beach neighborhood community. The Noise levels are regulated by ordinance, 9 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. The BeachHouse has limited parking space with a maximum capacity of three cars in the driveway. Parking on the street or the grass is prohibited. Within a mile radius you will find that there are many restaurants, bars and shopping that can be reached by foot. There are even more shopping and dining options available in the beach area if you have a car. If you travel about 3 miles to John's Pass in Madeira Beach, you'll find an abundance of shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. Ride the Suncoast Beach Trolley to explore area beaches, restaurants and local attractions. The Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach south to Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Redington Shores, North Redington Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille. On the trolley route is Madeira Beach's popular John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, featuring more than 130 shops, restaurants and attractions. Families will find water activities for all ages, from WaveRunner rentals and parasailing lessons for older kids to the dolphin sightseeing cruises on The Pirate Ship at John's We will provide additional cleaning services upon request during your stay of more than 10 days and offer a clean towel drop off service. We also provide basic condiments and staples for your stay and upon request can fill the refrigerator prior to your stay with your favorites at an additional cost. We provide basic cleaning/paper products for your use while at the BeachHouse as well. We provide travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash toiletries and paper products for your stay. If you would like help with additional planning for transportation, restaurant reservations and activities we know the area well and can provide you with suggestions and make reservations and advance ticket purchases. Additional fees may apply. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas beach toys and a wagon to take all your stuff down to the beach. We have two youth paddle boards & one adult paddle board and a surf board for your use. We have a fully fenced in backyard and do allow pets, with a small pet fee.
