Enjoy our patio and spacious lawns plus in-ground pool. Walk along the blueberry bushes, farm roads and woodland trails. Guest space has a simple & natural aesthetic, a relaxing haven. The space —Two en suite bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) which open into living space and kitchen. —Separate small house “the bunkhouse” sleeps up to four (1 double, 2 bunkbeds, no bathroom). Very short walk (40') to main living space and bathrooms. —Easy access parking next to guest house. Guest access When the blueberry picking season has finished our property turns into a private park for our guests. We invite our guests to go for walks around the Patch and the wooded trails. When there's enough snow one can"out the door" cross country ski and snowshoe. We are only 9 miles away from Ellicottville, home of Holiday Valley and Holimont for the region's best downhill skiing and many other winter sports opportunities.
