Domus Quieta w/pool, garden & pinewood near beach

- This exclusive villa, located in a quiet pinewood area, was completely rebuilt recently. - Near beautiful beaches, this house has a private swimming pool and a large green area, that will offer you a lot of unforgettable moments. - Colares and Sintra are perfect for those who enjoy walks with history and breathtaking views. The space This is a private villa with 2 floors: Lower level with living room w/dining area + kitchen + Lavabo + large entrance hall. Upstairs there are 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms, all with shower. Outside, you can relax on the PATIO, while the kids play in the large green area around the house. Recently we added pool gates on the pool, for children security. Inside the house, we also have stairs security. Guest access The guests will be alone in the house, garden and pool. Some doors will be closed for private storage. Outside house, close to the 2 gates, there are free places for 4 cars. Other things to note All children are very welcome at this house. The pool is fenced and the stairs inside the house have children gates. When guests need there is a baby cot with extra mattress and also an high chair. Registration Details 39690/AL
