Dedham Lodge

Dedham lodge is nestled on the very outskirts of Dedham and the world famous Constable country with direct access to the Essex Way .From our rural home you will see the horses from your window and see the working life of an equestrian small holding . Beaches such as Walton and Frinton are just a short drive away ,you are only a quick drive or walk from local convenience stores and superb pubs and eateries Dedham and Manningtree has to offer .We can also offer tepe hire & motorhome stays. The space Dedham lodge is a well equipped spacious double glazed unit with generous proportions and stunning design . Guests love the large kitchen and each bedroom has its own bathroom with sink toilet and shower, the large verandah and outside space makes for a quiet relaxed break in beautiful scenery . Tepe hire and motor home parking also available to hire directly Guest access Guests have access to the whole lodge the outside verandah and the 1/3 acre garden outside which overlooks the stable yard and field and horse exercise arena . We have a dining table and chairs on the verandah whilst on the garden below there is a pub style bench and BBQ in a beautiful setting. Other things to note No smoking on the premises only in a designated area. External guests may visit during the day with prior permission only there’re are times we are unable to accommodate extra visitors please check with us prior to inviting guests ,a fee may be payable dependant on the number of guests and time at the premises,all guests are the hosts responsibility and any liability lies with the guest in all circumstances . Well behaved children are very welcome please do not allow children to climb and jump over everything please be respectful. We do have a Tepe to hire in summer months May - October weather dependant this can sleep up to 4 and has metal framed beds with memory foam mattresses . The cost to hire this is from £65 per night depending on occupancy guests will need to price their own bedding in the tepe . Additional guests hiring the tepe are able to use the outside toilet / shower block located in the same area as the lodge but are not permitted to use facilities in the lodge to prevent heavy use and damage . If you have guests that wish to join you in their own motorhome this can be parked next to the lodge and our outside shower/ toilet block is available for their use . The cost for 1 motorhome per night is £15
