We prepared a local guide for our guests, so they can explore the best places around. The space The penthouse boasts three double bedrooms with balconies and fitted wardrobes. Guests will be greeted with soft sheets and plush towels, ensuring a comfortable stay. Young visitors are catered for with a crib and high-chair. The recently renovated bathroom features dual sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. With a solar water heater, hot water is always available, and guests can simply press the "HOT WATER" button on the electric panel during cloudy days. The fully equipped kitchen offers not only essential utensils but also multiple sets of silverware, pots, fryers, a kettle, a microwave, and commonly used spices, coffee, and tea essentials. The spacious living room encompasses a dining area, a Netflix TV, a brand new oversized sofa, an elegant bio-ethanol fireplace, and marble flooring adorned with carpets. The contemporary design is complemented by traditional elements, creating a truly captivating ambiance. Guest access Full access to the whole apartment, not sharing with others. Other things to note Parking: There is free public parking on Panagouli street, just on the corner of Kleopatras street, few meters from the entrance gate. The list price is for 6 people, the penthouse is suitable for a maximum of 8 people (2 people on the couch or foldable beds.) In both cases extra set of sheets and pillow cases must be used which are charged 50 euro/person/night payable at check-in. Full cleaning, towels and sheets change every week. Extra cleaning is €15/hr Extra towel change €10 for 2 sets - large, medium, small Extra sheets change €20 per double bed Pets are currently not allowed at this property. House Rules: - No parties or loud music that bothers the neighborhood - Please do not throw toilet paper or wet towels into the toilet - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. In case of scheduled “same day check out & check in”, we might ask you to check out at 10:00 or check in at 16:00. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Ashtrays to be used on the veranda. - It is unlikely but in case of any complains or damage report we hold the right to visit the property on short notice.
