Relax in the middle of vineyards at this peaceful place to stay. Comfortable, very well-equipped accommodation close to the historic site of Blaye with its Vauban citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The space 3-star accommodation, certified Vineyards and Discovery and Bike Friendly. Ideal for 1 to 6 people, it can accommodate up to 8 people maximum in dormitory mode. The property has three rooms: A living room/kitchen that includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle for kitchen equipment, a fireplace, a 2-seater convertible sofa bed and a round table with 6 chairs. Underfloor heating. 1 adjoining toilet with broom and vacuum cleaner. A downstairs bedroom with a door and featuring a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. Underfloor heating. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and dryer, towel dryer as well as an iron and hair dryer. Underfloor heating. A mezzanine bedroom accessible from the living room by a staircase with 1 double bed and 2 single beds as well as a wall-mounted radiator, a table, a dresser and a mini wardrobe. Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with toilet, sink, wooden bathtub and towel dryer. Outside, barbecue, picnic table, storage shed and 2 deckchairs as well as 2 parasols. Outside in front, a round table and 2 chairs. Possibility of charging an electric vehicle from an external socket (ordinary socket) using a 10-meter long cable (cable not included). Guest access To access the accommodation using a GPS, enter Chai Crann Piorra in the address bar. If you do not have GPS, the cottage is indicated from the village church. The gîte is in the gravel driveway. Other things to note Before you book, make sure you're on the right side of the estuary for your needs. To access the other side of the estuary, you must take a ferry at daily times or go all the way around via Bordeaux outside of these times. We are on the right bank on the same side as the highway access. Also please note that during the summer period of July and August, it is only possible to book for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
