Welcome to Wild Heron Escape, a newly renovated and beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath a-frame chalet tucked away at the edge of Wild Heron Lake. Light filled, with a serene lake view out of the floor to ceiling windows, this chalet is the perfect getaway from the stress of everyday life. The first floor features a living area with a stone fireplace, a dining area, and a kitchen stocked with all the tools you’ll need for preparing meals during your stay. There is a first floor bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find a loft area with two twin beds, a private bedroom with king sized bed, and a second full bath. The lakeside dock is a great spot for fishing, reading, and sunning. Or, take advantage of the two kayaks and a canoe at the chalet, and enjoy a ride around the lake. During the warmer months, try out the paddle board! Wild Heron Escape is the perfect place to enjoy time away with family or friends. The wraparound deck, fire pit and private dock create a perfect balance of perfect indoor and outdoor spaces. St. Gallen 661 Wild Heron is located in the heart of Innsbrook Resort, a private, gated lake and golf course community, 45 minutes West of St Louis. You can enjoy the clubhouse with its restaurant, gift shop and conference rooms. Country market, tennis courts, pool, fitness center, golf course and equestrian center are available based on seasonal hours. You can enjoy water activities, beaches, hiking in the woods or just staying at the chalet, grilling & enjoying family time. The chalet can be booked for a minimum of a 2 night stay (some holidays require a 3 night minimum). Email us to inquire about our weekly and seasonal rates. Please note that we charge a one time damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen. This fee is already included in your nightly rate. This chalet welcomes dogs upon request for an additional $55/night fee. Maximum two dogs. (No cats please.) A Pack N Play is available upon request for a $25 fee.
