Guest access The entire apartment is at your complete disposal. Treat the apartment as if it were your own! Other things to note Check-in methods will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In compliance with the Italian law on leases, we will be required to request a copy of the identity documents for communication of guests with the Public Security Authority. You always need to apply for stays longer than 30 days. In case of acceptance, it will be necessary to sign a contract, provide documentation certifying the temporary nature of the stay and be in possession of an Italian tax code. For the registration of the contract, a payment of 100 euros + VAT is required if you have the tax code, otherwise 150 euros + VAT. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING In Milan, the heating period is established by the Municipality and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours a day, in the time slot between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The maximum temperature allowed is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.
