The space Villa Valentina is a spacious and peaceful holiday home set in a pleasant rural landscape, ideal for families or groups seeking rest, privacy and comfort, away from the tourist centres but close to all essential amenities. The living and dining area is bright and spacious, creating a welcoming environment for relaxing and socialising, with seamless access to the outdoor areas and leisure spaces of the house. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed en suite with shower and one twin bedroom, served by an additional bathroom. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, providing greater privacy and a more secluded space to rest. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds en suite with shower, offering additional space and comfort for larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped, practical and functional, designed to make meal preparation easy throughout the stay. Outside, the villa features several terraces with seating and dining areas, a spacious and tranquil garden, a private heatable pool (additional cost), a lawn for leisure and an entertainment area with snooker and barbecue. Villa Valentina is located between Almancil and Santa Bárbara de Nexe, in a calm rural area, close to restaurants, shopping areas, golf courses and with easy access to the beaches of the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place. Includes discounted rates for all other services provided (i.e. boat tour, restaurant, airport transfer, and check-in center). Other things to note Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. There are some restrictions for group bookings. There is a mandatory booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9%, to be added to the cost.
