When the sea is angry "La Maresía" can be felt from the house since we are very close to it. Therefore, you will be able to see, hear and even smell the sea. It is a house with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living-dining room area. It also has Smart Tv, high-speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso and everything you may need so that your only concern is enjoying the wonderful sea views. Our rooms are completely renovated and updated in 2023. The house is in the El Toscal - La Longuera neighborhood, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes by car from the famous El Socorro beach and trails such as Rambla de Castro and La Gordejuela The small town of Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the house to La Longuera it will take around 5 minutes walking and there you will find great restaurants such as La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close. Guest access The pool is shared with other guests of the complex. There is a small laundry room which the guests can use. The town of Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the apartments to La Longuera it will take about 5 minutes walking and there, you will find good restaurants such as La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close.
