Enjoy easy access to the river and experience year-round events and festivals that are the heart of the town! Half of the cabin and the patio are dedicated to our guests, while a separate Airbnb space occupies the other portion. The front of the cabin houses a real estate office. Entrance: Your entrance is at the back left of the cabin via the patio, which provides ample space to unwind, along with a propane fire pit and hot tub (free, not included in refunds). Main Floor: Step inside to a fully stocked kitchen with essentials and a coffee pot. Upstairs Living Quarters: A flight of stairs takes you to the second floor, where you'll find: -Full bed -Laundry room -Bathroom with shower -Main guest room with a queen bed (Purple mattress), TV with Amazon Fire Stick, free Netflix & Hulu, and a cozy seating area. Additional Amenities: -Pet-friendly ($50 per pet per night) -Free private motorcycle parking for up to 2 bikes on the patio -Hot tub & fire pit (provided free but not included in refunds) Guest access Full Kitchen, Laundry Room, Private Bathroom, Common area with Full Bed, Main Guest Room with Queen Bed & Sitting Room, Sleeps 4. Other things to note A separate portion of the Cabin is home to another Airbnb. The remainder of the cabin is home to a Real Estate Office. This is completely separate from the guest quarters. Only the kitchen is ground level, all living quarters including the bathroom are up one flight of stairs. Please be aware the town stores shut down early, please collect any groceries & needed items early. We Do Not Own the Driveway next to the Cabin, Guests Must Use Public Parking. *We are Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee of $50 per pet/per night. *We do have private motorcycle parking available for up to 2 regular sized bikes on the back patio. It is not covered. *There are baskets in the kitchen & upstairs with toiletries & needed items, please only take what you need but feel free to use them.
