Additional Long Stay Requirements (For Stays of 30+ Nights) For these long-stay bookings, the primary guest must complete a soft credit screening and provide an SSN as part of our long-stay qualification process. • Minimum score: 640+ • Soft check only: this does not affect your credit score Guest Access and Visitor Policy Only guests listed on the reservation or pre-approved, will have access to the apartment, and all complex amenities. If you plan to invite visitors during your stay, please ensure they are pre-approved and officially added to your reservation in advance. The building staff can then smoothly facilitate their entry. Please note that you may have at most up to two approved outside visitors at any given time. Additionally, overnight guests are limited to a maximum of four persons within the apartment at any one time. We respectfully emphasize that this policy is strictly enforced. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $1000 fine. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Your adherence helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all residents and guests. Other things to note Quiet Hours + NoiseAware: This apt is located in a quiet luxury complex, so we have strict quiet-hours from 11 PM - 8 AM. To ensure the comfort of our guests and compliance with this policy, this apartment is equipped with NoiseAware decibel detectors. NoiseAware is 100% Airbnb privacy compliant and cannot differentiate sounds - If you have any questions, please let us know. Residential Community: We provide our guests with the full experience of a luxury residential complex by offering apartments in a building where most residents live full-time. We ask that all our guests maintain the residential feel of the building and respect our neighbors by carefully abiding by the noise policy. Excessive noise, loud music, and large gatherings are prohibited at all times. Age Requirement: The minimum age for the primary booker is 21. At least one member of any guest group must be 21 years old or older. Your Building Address: Hyatus is located in the City Crossing luxury complex, comprised of three, adjacent luxury buildings with identical apartments and shared amenities. For the most accurate building address for your apartment, please use the building address and reserved parking information listed on your guest portal. You can find your building entrance code and apartment number on your guest portal as well. Early Check-In: Due to the extended cleaning and sanitizing processes, units are typically not ready before the check-in time. If you require early check-in, please let us know so we can check our availability. Virtual Check-In To protect against identity theft and for the safety of other guests and neighbors in our community, you will be required to agree to our building noise rules, Hyatus rental agreement, and upload a copy of a photo ID during the online virtual check-in process.
