Modular apartment 2 to 8 people in a farmhouse in the mountain located on the 1st floor with internal stairs and airlock. Electric heating and pellet stoves, freshness guaranteed in summer as well as softness in winter. Two private parking spots, orchard with swing, lounge chair and shared barbecue. Parties are not allowed and smoking is forbidden inside for the respect of others. Sleeping arrangements: - Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed 140x190. - Bedroom 2 : 1 double bed 140x190 and a 90x190 bunk bed - Bedroom 3 : 1 double bed 140x190 and a 90x190 bunk bed Sanitary: - Large bathroom (hydrojet shower). - Double vanity furniture. - Towel dryer.

Guest access A shared garden is available with wooden deck and garden furniture Other things to note HOUSE RULES OF GITES DE CHAUVET Welcome to the "Gîtes de Chauvet". We wish you a pleasant stay and thank you for the care you will take in this accommodation. Purpose of the Rules This regulation is intended to define the conditions of use of the accommodation, the rights and duties of the tenant in order to ensure a serene and respectful stay. ________________________________________ Article 1 – Booking and Payment Terms • Booking and Deposit: The reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance is to be paid 3 days before or at the latest upon arrival. • Security deposit: A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival and will be returned within 15 days of departure, minus any cleaning or damage costs. ________________________________________ Article 2 – Rental Term • The rental is for a defined period of time and cannot be extended without the consent of the owner. In the event of an early departure, no refund will be given, except in the event of justified force majeure and with the consent of the owner. ________________________________________ Article 3 – Check-in and Check-out • Check-in: From 5pm, on your own. The keys are available in the boxes provided for this purpose at the entrance to the accommodation. No formal inventory is provided but it can be charged at your request • Check Out: By 10am. If the listing is left in a state that does not comply with the checkout instruction, a cleaning fee may be charged and pricing based on the justified mess. ________________________________________ Article 4 – Capacity and Use of Places • Maximum capacity is X guest. Additional guests are prohibited without prior request and permission from the owner. • It is forbidden to sublet or organize events without prior agreement under penalty of immediate eviction without refund. • Children must be supervised at all times, especially around amenities like balneotherapy or play air. ________________________________________ Article 5 – Respect and Behavior • The tenant must respect the property, other hosts and the peaceful character of the premises. Any form of disturbance (noise, excessive gatherings) after 10 p.m. is prohibited. • In the case of non-compliance with these rules, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental without refund. ________________________________________ Article 6 – Use of Amenities • Tenants must respect the instructions for the amenities available. In case of malfunction, it is requested to contact the concierge • Hygiene rules for use of balneotherapy should be strictly followed, and equipment should be cleaned after each use. ________________________________________ Article 7 – Cleanliness and Maintenance • During the stay: The accommodation must be kept clean All cleaning supplies are available in the property. • On departure: Appliances must be clean, dishes washed and tidy, bins emptied. If the accommodation is returned in non-compliant condition, fees will be deducted from the security deposit based on the disturbances caused. ________________________________________ Article 8 – Bedrooms and Bedding • Bedding is provided and beds are made at each check-in. They must be removed by the tenants before departure, then placed in the laundry basket provided for this purpose. • For hygienic reasons, food and drink (except water) are prohibited in the rooms. ________________________________________ Article 9 – Sanitary facilities • Apart from toilet paper, no other waste (wipes, diapers, tampons, etc.) should be flushed. Garbage cans in the accommodation are provided for this purpose. ________________________________________ Article 10 – Weather risks Tenants undertake to close the windows in case of risk of rain (including thunderstorms). Also windows should be closed in case of absence. Any damage caused by the rain inside the rooms will be attributable to the tenant. If a window remains open, the owner, concierge or staff reserve the right to enter the accommodation to close it and thus preserve the premises.________________________________________ Article 11 – Smoking, vaping, and chicha • According to the regulations, it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the cottages. Outdoor spaces are set up for smokers. • Failure to comply with this rule will result in a billing for deodorization fees and restoration of the listing and fees will be applied based on the severity of the non-compliance, as well as an immediate exclusion from the listing without refund. ________________________________________ Article 12 – Animals Pets are welcome, but for hygiene reasons, they must stay in the main room of the apartment. Pet owners are required to collect waste left around the cottage. Dogs and other animals must not be left free or locked in the cottage in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for it. Any damage caused by the animals will be charged to the tenant, based on the cost of the necessary repairs.________________________________________ Article 13 – Theft and Security of Personal Property • The owner is not responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings. Security cameras are installed in the exterior areas for the safety of the premises, but do not cover the interior of the property or its responsibility in the event of theft.________________________________________ Article 14 – Parking • Please use the parking areas indicated upon arrival to avoid any inconvenience. ________________________________________ Article 15 – Outdoor Surveillance • Security cameras cover the outdoor areas of the cottage, ensuring the security of the premises without encroaching on the privacy of the tenants inside, as well as the airlock of the laundry room and emergency furniture. ________________________________________ Article 16 – Liability for Damage • The tenant is liable for damage caused. Repair or replacement fees will be deducted from the security deposit, or charged in the event of a higher amount. ________________________________________ Article 17 – Checkout Terms • At the end of the stay, keys and access badges must be returned. In case of loss, a fee of 100€ will be charged to change the lock. • The landlord, concierge or staff reserves the right to enter the accommodation in case of technical problems requiring urgent intervention, in order to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and the safety of the accommodation. ________________________________________ Article 18 – Termination of the Agreement • In the case of non-compliance with these rules, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately, without notice and without refund.
