The ground floor has a separate toilet, bedroom with ensuite bathroom, modern functional kitchen with dining room with 8 seats and a bar with 3 seats, and a comfortable living room. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned. In the yard is a heated swimming pool (4 x 8 x 1.55 m) around which are 6 sunbeds and 2 LayZ bags ideal for lazing and enjoying the sun. There is an outdoor charcoal grill where you can prepare various specialties, and you can serve them in the outdoor dining room. The yard is fenced (fence from 1.10 m to 1.70 m) and you have a complete privacy. Inside the yard are 3 parking spaces.
