But available upon request after 5 days at an additional charge. Amenities are not replenished, but have been provided for the first night only. We are not serviced accommodation Any facilities offered on-site like the Diaz Hotel, Restaurants, Gym and Beach Bar is separate entities and paid facilities. We have no association with them whatsoever. Loadshedding (National Power cuts) may be implemented during your stay without prior notice, as part of South Africa's ongoing electricity crisis. This is a National problem and out of our control. a Power station has been provided in the unit to keep the television and Wi-Fi running and emergency lights are provided.
