One queen bed and one double bed available in two rooms. AC's in each bed room, common bathroom with hot water shower, kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, all cutlery items, etc. Also available cloths washer for free use & drying area. Parking space available within the premises for one vehicle and more free space available on the lane side. Security gates fitted with remote keys. One remote key will be issued to the guest to enable free entrance and exit. Guest access Guests can access the complete apartment area, carpark, open roof terrace on second floor.
