On the trail map! Walk to everything! Sleeps 10!

In December 2013 we built our custom home directly across the street from the resort. Sleeps 10 and is only a 3 minute WALK to Smuggs! It has 4 bedrooms and a finished basement completed in October 2019. The basement is a theater/game room with a 75 inch TV, leather couches, high top bar tables, air hockey, foos ball, and a dart board. There is approximately 2,500 sq feet of space to enjoy. Ours is the closest private home rental to Smuggs of this size. Sorry, no pets are allowed. The space Smugglers Notch is rated as the #1 overall resort by Ski magazine. This is one of the reasons why we chose to build our vacation home right next to the mountain. In fact, our house is actually on the trail map and you can walk to everything at Smuggs. Ours is, quite possibly, the closest private home rental by Smugglers Notch resort. Not only is our location ideal, our house is only a few years old! The house has an open floor plan with granite counter-tops in the kitchen with birch cabinetry. The family room has a gas fireplace, a 65 inch TV, and leather sofa, love seat, and single chair (they are so cozy that it is hard not to fall asleep after a great day on the mountain). Added in October 2019 is a theater/game room in the basement. It has a 75 inch TV, leather couches, high top bar tables, air hockey, foos ball, and a dart board. Please bring your own darts if you would like to play. The sound bar on the TV is also Bluetooth ready so it’s easy to set up your phone to listen to your favorite music while playing games and relaxing with some cocktails. The total square footage is about 2,500. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs master also has a queen bed. The upstairs bunk room has 3 bunk beds, and the other room has a bunk bed with a futon on the bottom. This will provide comfortable sleeping for up to 10 people. At the end of your day you can enjoy watching the ski trails on Madonna Mountain from the front porch. And FIREWORKS! The resort puts on an amazing fireworks show every Thursday. You will have a spectacular view right from the front porch. The kids will love it! Summer is great too! You can take advantage of the swimming, fun zone, zip lining and other activities at a fraction of the cost of staying at the resort and you can still walk to just about everything. Other activities off the mountain include horseback riding, kayaking, biking, hiking, & fishing. There are some great wine and spirits tasting real close by too. We have family across the country and frequently look for vacations rentals that accommodate two families. We built our home with that in mind and hopefully you will appreciate our approach too. Guest access Guests have full access of the house. An EV charger was installed in September 2021. That service is complimentary to paid guest.
