This charming cottage includes 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with a queen size bed, and one bedroom with full size bed, and twin over full bunkbed) and 1-bathroom, full kitchen, stackable washer and dryer, lake front deck, private dock with swim ladder and boat lift (additional fee applies). A detached 1 car garage (used for storage of items such as beach chairs, grill, water toys. etc.). If you are looking for a real cabin feel, this cannot be beat! This is a historic cottage built in 1922, and is located on the "gold coast" of Gull Lake. This cottage has been in our family for over 50 years and was Ethel's full-time residence for over 10 years. Neighbors of long-standing border each side of the property in this residential community, and it's an ideal accommodation for families, couples, a friends and family trip, golfing and fishing or a relaxing vacation. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Review house rules which include an addendum to use the boat lift with an additional daily or weekly fee.
