I’m proud to share that we’ve hosted over 100 happy guests, with 99% of them enjoying their stay and leaving positive feedback. I genuinely care about creating a comfortable experience, and I want to address two older negative reviews transparently, as they were tied to refund requests I couldn’t accommodate at the time. Since then, I’ve made several upgrades to improve the space even further: 1. Air Conditioning & Comfort The unit originally had a portable AC, which wasn’t the most effective solution. Based on guest feedback, I’ve now installed a powerful, quiet mini-split AC system that cools the entire unit efficiently — including the bedroom. Being on a high floor, we do not experience any odors from the alley, and this hasn’t been mentioned in any recent reviews. I’ve also upgraded the blackout curtains to ensure a dark and restful sleeping environment. 2. Noise & Heating As we’re located in downtown Vancouver, some weekend city noise is to be expected, particularly from nearby bars. However, with the windows closed and the white noise machine provided, nearly all guests report peaceful and undisturbed sleep. The heater issue noted in an older review has been fully resolved, and there have been no further complaints about it since.
