Arranged on two floors, it offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan equipped kitchen with a living room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, an internal courtyard and a terrace. Shared outdoor areas with swimming pool and whirlpool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, children's area, common room, laundry and a charming citrus grove! The space "Casa del Fuoco", once the beating heart of the farm with its ancient kitchen, is now a completely renovated apartment that combines history and comfort. On the ground floor you will find an entrance-living room with an equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a double bedroom overlooking a furnished private courtyard and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, a double bedroom with AC (with the possibility of an extra bed), a bathroom with shower and a delightful terrace. The apartment offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. A shared laundry room is also available for guests. Guest access The apartment therefore consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Outside you can enjoy the swimming pool with whirlpool, the barbecue for pleasant grills, the common room, the play area and all the other shared spaces, available 24 hours a day. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet after 10:30 p.m., avoiding noise and shouting. Other things to note Towels and sheets are included in the rental price of the apartment to ensure maximum comfort. If you would like a midweek linen change, you can request it for a small surcharge. For your convenience, a shared laundry room is also available for washing clothes. In addition, the apartment's kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and mini freezer, to give you the freedom to prepare your meals in comfort. There are also 4 kittens living in the facility. Friendly and discreet, they only seek a little food and lots of caresses. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, kittens cannot access the apartments, but will be happy to welcome you in the common areas.
