Welcome to EraBella, located in the 2015 built Era building. This one-bedroom condo offers a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and which includes everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Expansive windows with contemporary roller blinds will let you take in the magnificence of the Olympic Mountain Views and Inner Harbour Waterway. The accommodation comes with two HD Smart TV's and high-speed internet. Guest access Common area amenities include a well-appointed lounge adjoining a landscaped terrace that features spacious seating, a garden area, barbeque and fire pit. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, nightclubs and attractions. Other things to note MINIMUM 90 DAYS rental effective May 1, 2024. CHECK-IN is between 4-8 pm and CHECK-OUT is before 11 am P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate early check-in requests but there are no guarantees. CHECK-OUT: Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. PARKING for one vehicle is included in the rent in the building's secure underground storage. Parking Garage Clearance is 6 feet 10 inches. Maximum length is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction. If you wish to bring a bicycle, please request a storage space at time of booking. There may be limited availablity. The Era has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators - fines will be issued for such. We recommend renting bikes while you are here. Many of the bike rental companies allow them to be stored at their facility at the end of the day, even if you rent them for a week. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. Sorry, no pets allowed in the Era. The Era is minutes from restaurants, shopping, nightclubs and attractions. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
