Ideal for teleworking (FIBRE over 110 Mbit/s) On the ground floor you'll find : - entrance hall with walk-in closet - a large air-conditioned open-plan living area with cathedral ceiling (lake view). There's also a corner sofa and armchair for you to relax on. This room has a wood-burning fireplace to warm your evenings. There is also a flat-screen TV. - a well-equipped kitchen with a central island ideal for cooking and/or sharing good times with family and friends. A sink and dishwasher are integrated into the island. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment and refrigerated wine cellar. There is also a BLACK AND DECKER coffee machine, a KEURIG coffee machine with capsules, a Kitchen Aid mixer, a toaster, a raclette and fondue machine, a sodastream bubble machine and a pasta machine. - a dining room - a master bedroom overlooking the lake. Garden furniture comprising 1 deckchair, 2 low chairs with footrests and a bench with cushions sit on a spacious, partly covered terrace overlooking the lake. There is also a table with 6 chairs and a NAPOLEON propane barbecue for al fresco dining. Vast landscaped garden of 60,000 square feet (approx. 5,500 m2) with a gentle slope. All bedding is new. Sheets are provided and beds made up on arrival. Bathroom linen is provided. Basic food supplies (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, tea).
