My home is close to public transport, parks, highway, great Ann Arbor dining, University of Michigan, downtown, shopping, the Huron River. You’ll love staying here. A quiet ambiance, with natural light, an inviting neighborhood to walk in. You’ll enjoy the clean, beautiful feel, and the natural secluded environment so close to the center of the Ann Arbor action. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and big groups have all loved staying here! Most bedrooms have google home speakers, small available fans and/or space heaters (depending on the season), as well as window air conditioning units in the warm months. There is also a whole house attic fan. The living room has a 65" 4K smart tv connected to a 5.1 channel surround sound system, and there is another 65" 4K smart tv in the basement workout area. The master bedroom has a 42" 4k smart tv. The kitchen has a google home nest hub for checking the weather, listening to music or watching videos, pulling up recipes from the internet, etc. There are 3-4 parking spaces for the house in the long driveway (the driveway is shared with neighbors who have their own assigned parking areas), and plenty of free street parking. Because this is my home, when you're here I'll usually be visiting friends or family or traveling. I should be reachable via text or phone (maybe text first, if I don't already have your number in my phone, so I know it's not a spam call!). It is a residential family friendly neighborhood close to multiple parks, walking trails, and grocery stores. This area has easy access to car services like lyft and uber, and is in easy walking distance to bus stops and football game shuttles.
