This is an urban, historic neighborhood that is close to many restaurants and bars, many with local flavor! Omaha isn't great with public transportation, I would just stick to uber or lyft, and since this is in urban Omaha, you will have no trouble finding one! When guests cancel at the last minute and ask us to give a full refund, it makes us difficult to cover our expenses and mortgage payment. We can't be your travel insurance if circumstances don't allow you to travel. Sometimes people get sick, or get hurt, or get in a car accident. Unless there is a large scale event that is covered by Airbnb's Extenuating Circumstances Policy, we cannot issue a refund no matter how serious the events are that prevent travel. We highly recommend travel insurance because unfortunately everyone needs it sometimes.
