Guest access The whole townhome is yours, from the roof to the basement. no worries about pitter patter of feet or talking too loud. When guests cancel at the last minute and ask us to give a full refund, it makes us difficult to cover our expenses and mortgage payment. We can't be your travel insurance if circumstances don't allow you to travel. Sometimes people get sick, or get hurt, or get in a car accident. Unless there is a large scale event that is covered by Airbnb's Extenuating Circumstances Policy, we cannot issue a refund no matter how serious the events are that prevent travel.
