Suite One at La Pointe Lodging located on the second floor with a private deck and private entrance. La Pointe Lodging is conveniently located in town on Madeline Island at the corner of Main Street and Big Bay Road. Formerly known as the Waterfront Gallery, La Pointe Lodging features four separate lodging suites. In it`s prior life the building served as a grocery store. In 2016 the building was moved to a new foundation on the property to save the structure as it has much history on Madeline Island. ITEMS PROVIDED: Convenience Kitchen (no stove or oven) Microwave Toaster Coffee Maker Linens for the Queen Bed Bath towels for the number of guests listed on the reservation No Grill We provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue, paper towel, garbage bags and hand soap for bathroom ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING Food Beverages Condiments (including salt & pepper, ketchup, mustard, cooking oils etc. - WI Department of Health & Human Services requires all condiments must be removed after each rental) Additional towels for going to the beach (bath towels provided are for use inside the property not to be taken outside or to the beach) La Pointe Lodging has four suites in the building. Guests will have access to their Suite and the deck at the entrance to their suite. The owner is not located on the property. Guest may have interaction with the vacation management company or the grounds keeper when lawn is being mowed or garbage/recycling is being picked up. Madeline Island is the largest of the Apostle Islands in beautiful Lake Superior in northern Wisconsin. Madeline Island is serviced by a Ferry, we recommend you bring your car over to the Island so you can explore our Town Park and other sites on Madeline. Suite 1 is non smoking, the suite does not allow pets.
