"Qu Shui Hall" takes the meaning of "Qu Shui Liu Hui" from the preface of the Lan Ting Collection. The design is based on "Taisho Roman". Japanese architecture is combined with Western-style furniture. Solid wood window frames and Japanese-style gardens are reflected throughout. Japanese masterpieces can be seen everywhere, showing the lifestyle of the upper class in the 1920s "from Asia to Europe". The hall features a white sulfur hot spring suite, a Japanese hot spring bathhouse, a wine café "Musk", and a "Traveler's Study" focused on food, travel, and video.
