Hawaii regulations require a 30 day rental period. We welcome longer stays and offer substantial discounts for multi-month stays or long term lease.

As part of our pre-arrival process for the coming months, our housekeeping team will now devote on average 33% more time than before to comprehensively clean our home, complying with new guidelines from the CDC and WHO. This includes using approved disinfectant products and a more stringent regimen for cleaning common surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, countertops, and light switches.
