Luxury SPA Chalet Rouse 2

We build this one-of-a kind luxury chalet in 2022 to offer unique experience, located in a quite area of Kopaonik, surrounded by nature, just 10 minutes driving to all the ski slopes. You can enjoy our private SPA with a 6-person hot tub in the backyard. There is a private parking area - just in front of the chalet. There is a BBQ and a private garden you can use during the warmer time of the year. Our chalet is a small, private complex with 4 different sized apartments. The space Spacious (over 105 m²)very well equipped 3 bedroom apartment with a wonderful fireplace. Perfect for a family or a group of friends. You will enjoy the balcony view over the Sunny valley. A 6-person hot-tub is situated outside the chalet and is operational trough the year. You can also enjoy a private SPA (complementary) - including a Swedish sauna, steam bathroom and a salty room. Open every day between 5 - 10 pm (other times lots are available upon request and are additionally charged). Guest access PRIVATE SPA WITH A HOT TUB Included in the booking price is a private SPA and a 6-person hit tub (outside the house). FREE PRIVATE PARKING We have a private parking just in front of the place. During the winter season, is regularly cleaned from the snow. BBQ AREA WITH PATIO During summer season, you can relax and enjoy our patio with s BBQ. It is included in the stay but you will beed to book it ahead. Other things to note ONE-OF-A-KIND NATURAL MATERIALS This one-of a kind chalet is built out of 100% natural materials - wood, iron and stone. This makes sleeping very comfortable, you will enjoy the smells. 10 MINUTES DRIVING FROM SLOPES The closest slope (Sunny valley) is just a few minutes drive. Central area of Kopaonik is 10 minutes drive away where you can enjoy all the buzz of a busy ski area and completely rest when back to our chalet. First shop is just 5 minutes walking distance where you can buy anything from toiletries to groceries. ARRANGED DRIVE TO THE SLOPS We can arrange the drive to the ski slop at any time for a small addition. Just message us ☺️ ARRANGER BREAKFAST (an add on) IF you wish, we can arrange a breakfast more then 12 people. You can enjoy locally sourced, natural and bio products. This is not included in the rental price - please message us with any dietary requirements.
