There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, Roku TV so you can log into all your accounts, and wifi available for your use. The property has 2 in ground pools, a playground, and gym available for your pleasure. You will have easy access to the unit with a keycode lock. Come and go whenever you like! Check in at your convenience with no need to meet anyone. Sorry no smoking inside and no pets! You will have private use of the entire condo. You will also have access to the two community in ground pools. As well as the community gym and playground. I live a couple hours away, but will be available for call/text anytime! I also have a local housekeeper and maintenance person if needed. Located half a block off the beach, you are steps away from a beach view and a short walk away from the beach. Casinos are less than 3 miles away. This complex is gated very safe. Parking is available in the lots surrounding the condo buildings. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Uber/Lyft is available in the area as well for further distances.
