This is your space to relax and make memories with your loved ones! - Hot tub! 💧 - Fire Pit 🔥 - Only 7 mins to Ellijay and 15 mins to Blue Ridge - Covered Patio - Wine Country - Outdoor Grill - Peace & Quiet - Wooded Views 🌲 - Cornhole set - Comfy Beds 🛌 - Smart TV - Hiking & Outdoors - Pet Friendly (no pet fee) 🐶 Happy people welcome! 🙌🏼 The space LOCATION: Private cabin on 2 acres of land with hot tub, fire pit, back deck with a view of the mountains, and romantic back deck lighting. The cabin is conveniently located five minutes from the highway for driving to and from Ellijay, Blue Ridge, and the surrounding area. OUTDOOR LIVING: Hot tub, outdoor chairs, corn hole set, fire pit, romantic porch lights, propane grill for BBQs INDOORS: Flat-screen Smart TVs, games, faux electric fireplace, beautiful floors, high-speed Wifi. KITCHEN / DINING: Refrigerator, stove/oven, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, and coffee maker. The dining room table is a fantastic place for eating meals together, playing cards, and playing board games. The wifi is very fast and is great for remote work, Zoom calls, etc. The 2 mini splits (AC/heater combos) heat/cool the entire cabin. GENERAL: Washer & Dryer, Air conditioning, Heat, free WiFi, linens/towels, suitable for children PARKING: Free outdoor parking (4+ vehicles) Guest access Guests will have the entire cabin to themselves! It's truly a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains ⛰️ Other things to note The cabin is in the woods on a beautiful hillside. You will likely see and hear critters. We hire pest professionals to minimize bugs in the home, but again, the cabin is located in the woods. The 1 bathroom in the cabin is attached to the bedroom with the queen bunk beds. Since we're so conveniently located, there may be some light noise from the road from time to time. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. The TV is a Roku Smart TV. You can sign into any service you’d like, but there aren’t any services provided. Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor firepit! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. No smoking or vaping allowed. This cabin uses a septic system. Please do not flush anything besides septic-safe toilet paper down the toilet. Failure to adhere to this rule will incur a fee. The cabin has a good water heater but during the winter months, the water temperature and pressure can vary due to the cabin receiving water from the community well. Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. We generally provide hand soap, a starter roll of septic-safe toilet paper in the bathroom, and paper towels. Be prepared to bring your own soaps (laundry, dish, bathroom), shampoos, conditioners, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, wood logs, and coffee :)
